So by now, I think we're past the debate about weight lifting for women and their concerns about 'getting bulky'. The next question (and it's a good one) is "how heavy?". Proper training to be able to lift heavy is obviously best, with the obvious benefits of self-confidence, better sleep, and better movement, weight loss, and strength.
