Power-Belles is a comprehensive group coaching programme, for women who want to know how to weight train properly in the gym.

 

We help women feel confident that they are weight training with excellent technique, in a way that is safe and will get results. 

We cut out all the 'gym bro advice' and give you solid knowledge to help you walk into the gym and confidently use the free weights. Come and learn how to lift weights safely.​

Classes are on Saturdays at 14:00 at Maida Gym, Queens Ave, Aldershot.
